Before configuring HESA you must also have an EBS account with administrative permissions for Central.
Licences
To use HESA student returns you must have the EBS4HESAALT licence. If you do not have this licence, contact Tribal.
Roles
The roles below use the previous name for the HESA student return, which was called the HESA alternative return.
The roles for HESA student return functionality are located in the EBS Central > HESA Alternative Return group.
The roles in the EBS Central HESA Student Alternative Return group are described in the following table.
